Easy Breakfast Sammies

I have always been a sucker for McDonald’s McMuffin! This is my version of it. All the same ingredients. Super simple to put together.
Wrap in butcher (or parchment) paper and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
This is a GREAT addition to a Breakfast Basket. Easy to send out the door with someone in a hurry, pass to little hands or eat while multitasking.

Easy Breakfast Sammies
Ingredients:
6 English Muffins (your choice)
6 eggs
Salt & Pepper
6 pieces of Canadian bacon
6 slices cheddar cheese
Round cookie cutter, biscuit cutter or egg ring.

Directions:
Cut English muffins in half and set aside.
On stovetop, heat a pan on medium. Spray egg ring and pan with non-stick spray. Crack egg into ring, sprinkle with salt & pepper and fry until firm on bottom. Remove ring and flip egg. Fry to desired consistency. Start frying next egg once egg ring is available.
Once eggs are ready, assemble sammies.
Muffin bottom, Canadian bacon, egg, cheese and muffin top.
Wrap in butcher or parchment paper.
These will hold in the fridge up to 5 days. When ready to eat, microwave in the paper on 30 seconds and enjoy!!
