Here’s the deal… I want you to be living your best life. My friend, Susie Davis says “love your one beautiful life” and I could not agree with her more.
This is it. This is our one beautiful life. And my wish for you is that you are living it in abundance. Enjoying each little bit that you can, resting your body to the fullest extent, restoring your soul until it overflows.
If you know me, you know that (for me) part of living your best life is eating well. And not just eating well but eating beautifully.
It’s like art to me. A well made plate. A thoughtfully planned dinner.
A teeny, tiny, yet at the same time overflowing, abundant and absolutely amazing… BRUNCH BOARD. YES! Like a breakfast charcuterie. YES! Like a meal made of snacks. YES! Like… well… just… YES!!!!!
Starting your day, your weekend, your rest & restore time… with one of these brunch boards is one of the easiest ways to treat yourself, your partner, or your family.
The options are endless.
A lot of times, this might even be the “clean out the kitchen” meal. A few leftover muffins, the last banana, that little handful of nuts that no one has reached for.

- cheese… of any kind!
- hard boiled eggs

We must take care of ourselves of our own lives and bodies and minds so that we can take care of others.
