This time last week I was sitting in the pasture watching the sun set, the moon rise and taking communion for the first time in years. And I mean, years.

Oh, Fudge!!

I rarely make fudge because for some reason it intimidates me. And it should not. For some reason I think a candy thermometer is required… and it is not! So… I talked myself out of the fetal position and made 2 fudges! Here they are! I hope you enjoy!

Sunday Offering: Meals & Memories

As we make our way into the holiday season, my mind has been a bubbling brook of thoughts and ideas on Meals & Memories. This thought is the base of what I find most important when gathering for a meal with friends, family, acquaintances and even strangers. Meals are one of the only things we partake in that engages all 5 senses.
