Well… I have something to tell you all… in my “down time”… I’ve started a new project. Just kidding. I have no down time. But not just kidding, I have started something new! And I’ve got to admit, it’s been a little scary and a lot humbling.
As most of you know, Evan and I produce and sell beef & honey. His family has had Hereford cattle on the land since 1962 and locally caught bees since the early 2000’s. They have processed beef and harvested honey many many times in the past but never for public sale.
Making a cobbler cone is simple. You’ll need cobbler, waffle cones and vanilla ice cream.
When I was in the 7th grade, a kid threw a Chinese star down a crowded hallway of my middle school and I just so happened to be at the “perfect” angle for it to whiz by and slice my left eyeball wide open.
