For the past week, Evan and I have been playing around with some recipes for Tate Farms beef. While cleaning out an old cast iron skillet, we found a small recipe book from the National Cattleman’s Beef Association. It had 7 beef recipes in it… all with the purpose of encouraging people to cook more than just burgers and tacos with ground beef.
Toast is one of my all time favorite childhood foods. It’s what we had most mornings for breakfast and I’ll say, what I had often times when I wanted a snack. Warm bread and butter… what could be better?
I love chocolate. I love vanilla. I love cookies. And I love cake. Which is a huge reason I love Black & White cookies. They are cookies but with a cakey texture and they have chocolate AND vanilla icing. It’s a win win win situation.

This sauce is perfect for dipping, pouring and marinating. It’s great on chicken, veggies, burgers, sandwiches, salads and pretty much anything else you can think of.
